Terms of Service
Service description
SiteLift provides a managed digital presence service for owner-operated service businesses. Depending on the plan selected, this includes some or all of the following: website design and hosting, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation and management, review generation system setup and management, citation cleanup, and monthly reporting.
Full details of what is included in each plan are set out at the time of purchase and confirmed in writing by email.
Payment
Our service consists of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee:
- The setup fee is due in full before work begins.
- The monthly fee is charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
- Payments are accepted by bank transfer or card as agreed at sign-up.
Failure to pay within 14 days of a due date may result in suspension or termination of the service.
Contract length and cancellation
All SiteLift plans operate on a 30-day rolling contract. There is no minimum term and no annual lock-in. You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days written notice to harry@sitelift.ie. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
No guarantee of specific outcomes
SiteLift will use its best efforts to improve your visibility on Google, increase your review count, and drive more inbound enquiries. However, we do not and cannot guarantee:
- Specific rankings or positions in Google search results or the Map Pack
- A specific number of Google reviews within any timeframe
- A specific number of calls, leads, or new customers
Google's algorithms and ranking factors are outside our control and change frequently. Any timelines or projections we discuss are illustrative estimates based on typical client results, not contractual commitments.
Client responsibilities
To allow us to deliver the service effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business (name, address, phone, hours, services)
- Respond promptly to requests for photos, content, or approvals
- Cooperate with the review request process and encourage your customers to leave reviews
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your business details
Termination by SiteLift
SiteLift reserves the right to terminate the service with written notice in the event of:
- Non-payment of fees after a reasonable grace period
- Repeated failure to cooperate with reasonable service requests
- Any conduct that we reasonably believe could damage SiteLift's reputation or that of its other clients
Intellectual property
Website files, designs, and content produced by SiteLift for a client become the property of the client once all outstanding fees are paid in full. SiteLift retains the right to reference completed work in its own marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
